For the love of dogs...

When I am not sewing or playing matchbox cars I spend my time as an Adoption Coordinator for a national English Pointer Rescue, called PRO. We got out precious insane Hemmingway from them years ago. I am now working on lots of doggy goodies including caps, shirts, towels, or anything else you can think of with dogs on them. I am make custom dog bandannas. Birthday Elmo

Here is an example of what I do. The customer wanted a birthday shirt for her two year old little boy. She sent me a copy of the invitation, and then I shared with her my ideas. She told me the colors and fabric patters that she wanted me to focus on. And tah dah....uber cute Elmo birthday shirt.

Lovely Lunch Ladies

I dropped these cute little numbers off at a local elementary school for the cafteria staff. I bet they are cute working that ice cream scooper in the mashed potatoes wearing these duds.

Happy New Year S&G lovers!!!! Wow in 2010 is when this all came to life. We will see what 2011 has in store for Stitches and Giggles. One new change will be the pricing. I will be doing more work by machine, so I will now have a hand stitch price and a machine price for most designs. I will also be posting some new items.

An Update!

Howdy! I just wanted to let you know that I am currently getting started on orders that were taken at the Fall party 8/30/10. Hopefully you will have your cute little numbers in the next couple of weeks. I am going to admit that I have a ton of orders right now, which is fab. but a little overwhelming. So to help me keep up the love of making cute stuff and still enjoying being a stay home mom I have invested in a sewing machine. I can not replicate the hand stitch that you have always seen my work in, but I do have some other options. This being said my prices and products will be changing a bit. I will start to offer on future orders the options of hand sewn or machine at two different prices. I just wanted to let you know in case you would prefer the machine over the hand stitch. Please let me know if you want to switch to machine stitch. Sorry to ramble but just wanted to share. Smiles,Katie
